We are working with Southwark Council to deliver a 12-week weight loss programme just for men. It is FREE for residents over 45 who live in or are registered with a GP in Southwark. There will be sessions available in local community venues and online.

Even modest weight loss can lead to huge health benefits. It can lead to a reduction in blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and your risk of heart disease, stroke, certain cancers and arthritis.

Often men talk about shifting some pounds but the majority of weight loss support is aimed at women. Blokes face their own unique challenges when managing their health and fitness.

Over 12 group sessions we’ll support you to engineer everyday behaviours, equipping you with the tools to take charge of your health, without giving up the things you love!
