We’re living in a 24/7 busy busy world, everyone is rushing around and always wanting more. Men and Women are stressed, putting on weight, sleep deprived, drinking too much alcohol, caffeine and fizzy drinks, eating too much sugar, red and processed meat, not getting enough fruit and veg in our diet, we’re sitting down for 90% of our days, not getting enough exercise, more likely to smoke, have fewer mates to share stuff with, less likely to seek help when things don’t feel right and addicted to our phones.

One in Five Men still dying between the ages of 16-65, and more than 2 in 5 before the age of 75. Men are more likely to die of heart disease and cancer. Almost 70% of men are overweight. Middle-aged men are twice as likely to have diabetes and more likely to be unaware. Nearly 4 out of 5 suicides are by men.

We believe that under particular conditions, we can all thrive. We will need to engineer everyday activities and it does require being prepared to make changes, pursuing goals and fitting in with others.
