We’ve been delivering Men’s Health Projects for the last 20 years, listening to thousands of men and supporting them to lose weight, get more active, reduce stress, stop smoking, eat healthier and even increase their confidence to cook healthy meals.
 
We won’t preach at you or push you to aspire to be an ultra-marathon running yogi. Our whole approach is to start small and engineer every day activities so that you get the most rewarding experiences from them.
 
It sounds simple, but people often have no idea which parts of their lives they enjoy, which parts hinder their health, which parts boost energy and which parts increase stress.
 
So instead of thinking about sorting out your whole life or health, just think about engineering your daily activities, one at a time, just let that pile of healthy activities grow. We can thrive under particular conditions; we just need to figure out which conditions allow us to flourish.
